"The property is big however it is unkept. The entrance seems abandoned. The receptionist was unfriendly and despite we asked for consideration to access our room half hour before since we got off a long night flight she refused and delivered the keys to us 15 minutes after check in. Let me say that we left the property at 5am. I must say that the waiters had excellent customer service and saved the experience here. "
